LSTNFND is excited to announce that Mark Durksen will be releasing his label debut project Even This Could Be Home (ETCBH).

“The real you is better than any of the fake versions you can come up with. Yet every day the expectations of others and ourselves can leave us wondering, or hiding, who we truly are. In a world like this, a genuine smile can feel like the warm glow of a candle, an honest confession like the darting lines of a poem, and an accepting friend like the open door of a home,” explained Mark.

ETCBH is a seven-track project by Mark Durksen that explores what it means to be at home, with yourself, with others and with God. Even This Could Be Home, Mark’s first studio release through LSTNFND, features contributions from a community of talented artists and producers including Orijin, Jon Corbin, Jeremy Rodney-Hall, Drew Brown and Brett Klassen. Supporters will recognize some of the songs on the project — the official music videos for “Maple Sap” and “Middle Name” have been well-received.

“We’re really excited for this project. It’s been in the works for awhile now, and we’re ready for the world to hear it,” said Jermaine, label manager.

Even This Could Be Home will be available on Friday, May 26th everywhere music is sold and streamed.
